RETURN  & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact wecare@daisusilk.vn. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

General policies for all customers:

• Return & exchange product were bought from our weaver, website or official store, official franichise of DAISU SILK (refer Official Store and our agencies address – here)
• The item is accepted that will be return & exchange within 10 days from purchase day
• The following item cannot be returned, refund or exchanged: Items on clearance, order items as required, own processing items (paint, dye, print) except the error from manufacture about material or processing.
• Items must be returnedunworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. The return item is not follow washing by DAISU SILK instructions (link)
• Accepted return location: 1/93 Quang Trung Str, Nam Dinh City, Vietnam
• You are responsible for return shipping costs and non-refundable.
• Please kindly noted that the refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us.
• After we received your request, we will send back to you 01 form (download form here), please fill out the form following instruction on and attached with the return item. Or contact directly with our Care service and confirm email about your return & exchange request (with clearly reasons)

• Return & exchange time is from 1 – 3 working days

With international customer and online customer

• Accepted time depend on sign date of customer with transport service
• Return & exchange time is following delivery period from transport service to customer (base on customer’s address), with refund items, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) or in the form of online credit
